General How to Order

The On-Line Shop:

	As We are a Custom Pottery, We have items in the shop which is added to almost daily; So All of the items are totally unique being 'one-offs', so if you would like more than one, we will make another similar to the one you will have seen online.

To Order Products on our Website:

Simply:

	Select Your Item to buy
	Choose if you would like: Optional Gift Wrapping
	Press 'Continue to Next Step'
	Add a personal greeting if bought for a gift
	Enter what date you would like your order by in the box provided, then proceed with the Easy Order Process:

Either place your order:

Online -

	Our special software ensures that all your credit card details are encrypted in a form that no-one can read, when the order is placed, using 128 bit encryption.
	This Form of encryption is practically impossible to decode.
	Then post your cheque to us made payable to 'Melanie Arbib'

Phone -

Phone us and we will take your order and Then post your cheque to us made payable to 'Melanie Arbib'.

Fax or Post -

Go through the ordering process in our shop

At the payment stage, select the Send Payment Details Separately option, which fills out all your order options for you

Print this out

Then post your cheque to us made payable to 'Melanie Arbib'

To Place a Custom Design Order:

	Send us a graphic / picture etc of your design
	Or we could design one for your with your idea in mind.
