“Win
a Pot” begins at 00:01 a.m. GMT on the first day of each month and ends at
11:59 p.m. GMT on the last day of each month until further notice.

To
enter fill in the registration information and your guessed pot weight in Kg
based on the photo and then you will be entered into the contest to “Win a
Pot”. The prize is a pot specified in the picture on the site.
|
|
Each
entrant is eligible to register only once per month and no more than one person may
participate using the same e-mail address.
Mermaid Enterprises is not responsible for any technical or human
error which may occur in the processing of entries, including data entered
by contestants. Mermaid Enterprises reserve the right to discontinue “Win
a Pot” at any time. If
entrant has submitted incorrect contact details
then their entry will be classed null and void.

The
winner will be chosen randomly from all correct or closest entries and will be notified
by email within 30 days.
The Correct weight is the weight specified by our own scale. Prize notifications returned as undeliverable as addressed or the
failure of the winner to claim the prize will result in an alternate winner
being selected. To claim the prize the winner must confirm acceptance within
30 days. The
winner
consents to the use of their name, country of residence without additional
compensation.
The Winners' names must be posted on the http://www.merpots.co.uk
website for thirty (30) days

information that you provide in connection with “Win a Pot” may be used
for Mermaid Enterprises internal purposes and to send you Mermaid
Enterprises newsletters and other information about Mermaid Enterprises, but
will not be provided to third parties.
If you would like your name removed from Mermaid Enterprises' mailing
list or if you do not wish to receive Mermaid Enterprises newsletter, send

prize substitutions, transfers, or cash alternatives will be given.
Mermaid Enterprises reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal
or greater value at their discretion. Entrants
agree to be bound by the rules as specified, and by Mermaid Enterprises
decisions, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion.
